Mobility
- Both entrances are at ground level and stair-free
- Lifts are located near both entrances. If you have a wheelchair, rollator or buggy – you can easily reach all floors of the building
- Seating is available on all floors of the building
- Wheelchair toilets
- Baby changing rooms
- Up to six wheelchair and companion spaces in the theatre, accessible without steps. Please register in advance with the organiser.
- Handrail on the stairs and in the theatre
Seeing
- Tactile guidance system
- Assistance dogs may be brought along
Listening
Theatre performances in the Lichtwark Theatre can be amplified by an induction loop. Please register in advance at the reception desk at abo-service@theater-bergedorf.de so that we can provide you with a receiver in good time.
In addition, hearing amplification via headphones can be provided for events in the Lichtwark Theatre, Körber Hall and the rooms on the 1st floor. A QR code is scanned for this purpose. You can find the instructions for using the hearing aid here:
