Are you looking for a place to organize your volunteer project? Do you have an exciting counseling or course offering and need a room for it? At KörberHaus, a variety of low-barrier rooms are available for temporary use.

The event spaces of the Körber-Stiftung welcome all non-profit organizations looking for space for their civic or cultural engagement.

In addition, the Bergedorf District Office also grants all non-profit organizations and individuals rooms for consulting services, workshops, courses, exhibitions and much more.

The rooms of the Körber-Stiftung

The rooms of the Körber-Stiftung are located on the 1st floor of the KörberHaus. They are equipped with hearing aids, open W-LAN, loudspeaker systems and wooden flooring. Mobile media carts and handheld beamers can also be provided upon request. We will be happy to discuss technical details, procedures, equipment and everything else with you personally once we have found the right room for your project.

Please note: We only rent our rooms to non-profit organizations. If you have a different type of organization, please feel free to look further down at the rooms of the Bergedorf District Office.

This bright room with two window fronts is ideal for relaxation and exercise programmes in smaller groups. The flexible seating for up to 40 people also makes it an attractive choice for many other formats. A music system can be controlled.

Our largest available room with 96 square metres of floor space is suitable for exercise classes with larger groups, but also for lectures with seating for up to 60 people. Creative activities, such as painting, will find a nice home in the bright room with access to a washbasin. With flexible seating, it can also be used for workshop formats or similar.

The centrepiece of our event rooms is Körber Hall. It extends upwards over two storeys and has full-length glass walls on two sides. With around 200 square metres of space and state-of-the-art technology, the Körber Hall offers a wide range of uses: Readings and concerts are just as feasible here as bar camps or debate formats.

open space (Frei Raum)

The Open Space (Frei Raum) offers 50 m² of space for developing ideas together. In return, there is flexible furniture, electricity, Wi-Fi and a great view. Here you can network with others and work together on charitable projects. It is open to anyone who wants to help shape Bergedorf with their projects and can be used without signing up – it’s an Open Space.

The rooms of the Bergedorf District Office

The rooms of the Bergedorf District Office are located on the 2nd floor of the KörberHaus. They are equipped with W-LAN, wooden flooring and can be furnished with seating or tables. If required and depending on availability, technology such as mobile screens can be provided. Whether consulting services, courses, lectures or workshops - the rooms of the district office can be used in a variety of ways.

This room can be used in several versions. It can be divided in the centre.
In the large version covering the entire 126 square metres, the room, which has glass walls on two sides, offers space for larger groups to gather. Meetings and lectures are just as conceivable here as exercise classes.
In the split version, the resulting two rooms can be used for smaller meetings. Together we will find a suitable version for your use.
